Surrounded by 5 acres of natural countryside, this is the perfect base from which to explore.
This characterful holiday cottage has been decorated and furnished to a very good standard. The ground floor comprises of a living room with wood burner, a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, ideal for entertaining your family, a dining area, a TV room and downstairs shower room. Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage.
There are three bedrooms on the first floor, one of which is a bunk bed room, perfect for children. The front of the property has a private garden with seating, making this ideal for those relaxing summer days. You also benefit from private parking.
There is plenty for all the family to see and do close by, including Carlyon Bay, with its three stunning beaches. The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the amazing Eden Project are definitely worth a visit during your stay.

You are also within easy reach of St Austell Bay, dotted with pretty coastal towns and villages for you to discover. Charlestown is home to a collection of tall sailing ships, an historic harbour and Georgian architecture; all of which have been used in film and TV sets over many years. The local golf course is located in Carlyon Bay. Beach 10 miles. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 5 miles.
