Positive: Although breakfast was not included as it was self catering, the hosts provided a lovely starter pack for us and friendship bracelets for the girls as a welcome gift. The cottage was well stocked with everything you could need, especially cooking utensils, coffee machine, full size fridge/freezer, dressing gowns, hairdryers and puzzles for any rainy days. Takeaways, Pharmacy and Spar Store very close by. Great location to visit the Eden Project.
Negative: Not much not to like, if I was being really fussy an ensuite bathroom to one of the bedrooms would have been great, due to two families (6 people) sharing one upstairs bathroom at night, although there was another bathroom downstairs for day use. However, I was aware of this when we booked.
Summary: Great stay, no complaints, comfortable, clean and cozy.

Positive: Absolutely everything - we could not have wished for anything more as it was extremely well equipped. This is a gem of a place to stay and we plan to come back.
