The apartment is fully equipped for 6/8 persons, air conditioning, 1 parental suite, 1 bedroom with double bed (king size beds) and a bedroom with two single beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 large balconies, fully equipped kitchen, parking in a private garage. We also have all the necessary equipment to receive a baby. We can add two extra beds. The residence has 2 swimming pools, a children's park and a gymnasium, all quiet. The apartment is located less than an hour from Lisbon, 15 kilometres from Nazare, 30 kilometres from Peniche and 200 kilometres from Porto. For more information, please contact us.

Summary: The apartment is large and clean, it can easily accommodate six guests. The parking garage of the building is very convenient and secure. The location of the apartment makes it a good home base if you want to spend time in the Obedos and Nazaré region. The apartment is within walking distance to the beach and super market. It would be better if the cleaning fees would be clearly indicated with the other fees such as pet fees and additional guest fees. I had a surprise when I inquired about the cleaning fees, the total jumped by 150 Euros. While the new amount might be warranted, it would be better to show the amount up front. Also, there was no Wi-Fi available at all. I had read some older reviews about the Wi-Fi being unreliable but I took for granted (my bad!) that the issue had been solved. If you don’t need Wi-Fi, you will not be disappointed with this apartment.

Summary: Initially the owner did not give us the full address. We had to telephone the property manager who had very little English and she picked us up at our arrival bus stop after the 2nd call. We added 2 guests for 1 week and the cleaner asked for nearly double the original amount quoted by the owner in cash and also wanted extra cash to change the bed and vacuum the apartment during the middle of our stay. We felt it inappropriate to pay cash and asked for an invoice from the owner. We declined the offer of the cleaning and did it ourselves. The owner has refused to refund our damage deposit as he said that the cleaner found a white dog hair in the apartment. At no time did we have a dog in the premises, which the cleaner knew as she had picked us up at the bus stop and we informed the owner that it must have been there when we arrived. I have white hair and felt personally insulted by the inference. The owner has still not sent us an invoice reflecting what he originally quoted for the payment for the extra guests. We would not go back and we could not recommend this apartment to anybody.

Summary: The appartment provides you with everything you need to have a comfortable and easy holiday. It's clean, big and airy, kitchen is well equiped, beds are comfortable. We found the underground parking a great plus as parking can be difficult in Sao Martinho do Porto. An elevator leads from underground parking to your door. Balcony is bigger than it looks on the photos, you can easily dry laundry and beach stuff. The area is quiet and you walk under ten minutes to the beach. Check in could have been a bit easier and more transparent (to have knowledge of portuguese language helps), check out was very uncomplicated. A clear recommendation with a good value.

Summary: The apartment was perfect - very close to everything and clean. The only issue we had was with the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms - it kept pumping out heat which led to an uncomfortable night! Otherwise perfect. The town is lovely - we had been there before - not too touristy, plenty of lovely restaurants and the beach is great.

Summary: The apartment is very spacious and was very clean and new looking. Lovely furnishings and brilliantly equipped. Even provided for our 10 week old baby. Perfectly located to walk to the beach front and restaurants and also only a 5 minute walk from the supermarket. Beautiful pool and baby pool. The block was very quiet and brilliant secure underground parking. We've been a few times to Sao Martinho and absolutely love it. We've never used this apartment before but would highly recommend and use again. Communication with the owner was great. 5* holiday and apartment. Thank you.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the flat as is was meticulously clean and had all the kitchen appliances and equipment you could wish for. There is a supermarket close by and the beach is a short walk. There are numerous restaurants in easy walking distance. I am happy to recommend this property to anyone visiting the Silver Coast.

Summary: We were a group of two couples and 3 kids who spent 3 nights in this appartment and were very pleased. Everything was as described. It was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook. The kids loved the diversity of toys. Very spacy and clean. Close from everything. The owner was very kind and we had no problems at all with the booking. Overall 5 stars! Highly recommended.
