Summary: The property was very clean and cozy. It was outside the city limits and very quite. The host was very quick to respond to the only question I had. Con’s would be to have more wash cloths in the bathroom and a cover over the bathroom window. We would definitely stay there again. Oh and the best part was seeing 50-80 heads of Elk in the early morning and lots of Mule Deer.

Summary: Our stay was awesome. After driving for 7 hours to arrive at our destination, the home was welcoming and comfortable. We were all exhausted, but were able to relax and just recover. I would highly recommend this property to others.

Summary: After camping/exploring the ghost towns and old mining communities above tree line near animas fort for a week in our truck camper we settled here for couple days to explore Durango area. It was a great location just outside of town. Peaceful and private with an area for our pups to hang while we visited local wolf rescue. Thank you for your hospitality and the ability to provide a safe areal to park our trailer/atv while staying!

Summary: I surprised my wife with a spontaneous getaway for her birthday, and we discovered this wonderful spot! It's situated on the outskirts of town, offering stunning views and a tranquil atmosphere. The place was spotless and just a few minutes from town, with various nearby activities. Our host was incredible—very considerate and provided us with great recommendations for things to do. They even surprised my wife with a birthday cake! One of the highlights was the visit from the adorable lab on the property. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to escape the city.We will definitely visit again !
