Summary: This place was great, pictures were accurate, bubble hockey and shuffleboard were awesome, and the location was perfect to walk to restaurant and brewery. Will definitely stay here again.

Summary: The 3 bedroom loft was great overall. Only issue we had was there was NO air conditioning. That would have been great to know before booking. We did get lucky and it was cool at night so that helped. Beware there is no AC. GREAT location close enough to walk to restaurants and the brewery. Overall not a bad spot to stay.

Summary: We’ve rented vacation homes >100 times and our experience at Mark’s awesome property ranks #1 in terms of making us feel welcomed and comfortable. Sometimes it’s awkward when the host is on site at a multi-unit property, but in this case it added to our experience immensely. We were part of a mountain biking race team with different groups staying all over Copper Harbor. Mark very reasonably does not allow parties or events, but we were allowed to use the rear unit (garage/studio) where Mark was staying to store our bikes. He let us come and go from the space as we pleased to work on our bikes and charge the e-bikes. He even made an exception and allowed us to host a team meeting and dinner in the studio and driveway. The space itself is even nicer than the pictures. Spacious kitchen and bathroom. Sometimes decor of this type seems over the top and kitschy, but in this case it all works well and adds to the vibe of being in a unique space. Can’t wait to stay here again. It’s one of those places where you’re almost reluctant to leave an honest review because you want to keep it a secret.
