About this space
The Kuparisaari Cabin is located at the tip of the Keweenaw Peninsula, in Copper Harbor, Michigan. It has a very private setting, nestled on a wooded lot, less than 1 mile from town. This is the perfect home base for all of your Keweenaw Adventures!
- We have direct access to the mountain bike trails (enter the trail system just down the road from the cabin’s driveway)
- Close to hiking trails, lookouts & other attractions
- Nearby Lake Superior Beach access at Hunter’s Point
- 16 miles to Mount Bohemia
The space
Our 2 BR, 2 BA cabin is brand new construction with a modern feel, close to the trails. You can bike/walk to town & the beach and easily access the mountain bike trails without even getting in your car! The vaulted ceilings in the main living area make it feel so spacious, and you will love the cozy wood-burning fireplace to warm you up after a day adventuring!
We allow 3 vehicles for parking. The driveway is long & the width of 1 vehicle, so unfortunately it’s not ideal for trailers.

Summary: Our group of 5 stayed here for our fall ATV trip and it didn't disappoint. The kitchen was large and perfect for making breakfast. The bedrooms were also pretty large with ample storage. The openness between the kitchen and living room was also nice and added to the spacious feeling. The host was awesome and very responsive as well. This is now one of our favorite spots and I hope to stay here again

Summary: The location is great for hikers, beach-goers and mountain bikers alike! Very clean and new property! Only downside regarding amenities is no dishwasher or A/C ( only needed a few days a year in CH, but this was one of them).

Summary: Excellent property in a prime location. We stayed here for a guys bike trip and could not have been happier. The property is very new and well laid out. It is just off the main road, but it feels secluded which we enjoyed. Less than a minute from downtown, we really could not have asked for more. I would highly recommend this property.

Summary: This place was just perfect for a getaway to the UP! Everything was brand new, very clean and stocked with everything you may need. The location was close to town and to the local convenience store Genny’s.

Summary: Everything was perfect and the host had everything laid out with easy instructions on how to take care of the property. The host thought of everything including extra propane tanks for the grill, extra blankets for the beds, and plenty of wood for the fire place. We loved our stay!

Summary: This property was clean, exactly as advertised, very comfortable. The in-floor heating was great, and the wood burning stove was a bonus. Bathrooms were great, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-appointed and easy to work in. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. I would definitely stay here again.
