This Mid Century Modern Masterpiece has been updated for your upscale tailgate and or extended stay. It has 5 bedrooms with 6 beds. The beds are all King & Queen sizes. The Koser House can sleep as many as 12 if there are 2 people in each bed. We have 2 full bathrooms. 1 up staris for the 3 bedrooms up and 1 downstaris for the 2 bedrooms down. There are 2 family rooms and one up and one down with large tvs. The garage and deck create a fun 3rd family room for entertaining all of your tailgating friends.

Summary: Our family group included senior parents, mid age and teens. The house has recently been updated throughout and offered a comfortable setting for our group. There is a lot of well thought out space and amenities packed into this small house. The location is ideal walking distance for IA games and activities. We rented in December and walked to Carver for a game. The driveway is a bit tight for larger vehicles, and careful your vehicle is not on the sidewalk - you might get a ticket. Without a doubt, we would book this little gem again.

Summary: We just had the pleasure of staying at the Koser House over Thanksgiving. We couldn’t have had a better experience! Upon arrival Bryan called to let us know how to access the door code and to let us know he turned the lights and tv on for us. Once we got there he had a hand written note and candy waiting for us. The house itself is a dream, the location, the amenities, and the cleanliness of the house was perfect. We had a couple little ones so we had to rearrange a little of their furniture and decor but only to make sure they wouldn’t break them! The biggest hit was the basement where we played cards, watched football, and enjoyed having another living space to gather. For our Thanksgiving meal we needed a can open and Bryan and his family dropped one of to us within minutes! We could see the Kinnick from the drive way which was an added bonus since we were also going to the game! We look forward to coming back and staying at the Koser House!!

Summary: All wonderful!! Contact person “Extremely” responsive‼️ Accomadates a large group, bed-wise. Super close to Kinnick Stadium. Only suggestion… give exact detail of how to use the door lock combination.☺️

Summary: Great "little" house with so much space and close to the stadium. The house is perfect for a crowd with many spaces to gather, both inside and out. Decor is super cute. Will definitely stay again!
