Summary: This was a perfect property to meet up with family for a celebration. The kitchen is very well stocked with basic spices, oil, coffee and filters. The back deck with BBQ grill and table and chairs was very nice. The couches are comfortable and very nice bathrooms. Being able to park in a garage was a nice bonus! Definitely would recommend this property.

Summary: From walking into the property we were very comfortable with amenities and cleanliness. Truly a beautiful VRBO to unwind at. We stayed with two dogs as well and rooms were plenty big for kennels. Back yard is cute can see how ni ice it would be to sit out and enjoy a fire.

Summary: Visited our daughter in Iowa City and the house provided a great place for the whole family to spend time together. Including our dog. It is located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to downtown and Coralville. We were able to park two cars in the garage which came in handy when the temperature dropped below zero.

Summary: In town for the Nebraska game. 4 adults/4kids had plenty of room and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Great property, close to everything downtown. Owner was easily reachable and made everything as simple as possible for check in/out. Will definitely plan to stay again when back in town. Thanks!

Summary: House was great for our group. We were in town for a football game and the house gave us a chance to stay together. Very clean and comfortable for our family. The host was great and helpful when we asked questions. We will stay here again when we are back in Iowa City.

Summary: We couldn't be happier with our stay here. We had 3 adult couples staying at the property. The property says sleeps 8 but 6 is perfect! Most needs are addressed by supplies at the home. If not, a really nice Fareway is 3 minutes away. We were there for an Iowa Hawkeye football game really couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations. The location was just far enough away to avoid any traffic jams before or after the game but close enough to make a drive a non-issue. We are already talking about returning in the spring for a wedding and will most likely stay here again. Oh, and Nick was uber-responsive with communication. Highly recommend!
