You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Raleigh, less than 10 minutes from downtown and 2 minutes to I-40. This recently renovated home has everything you need: 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath with tub & shower, fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar, washer & dryer. There are 3 smart TVs, blazing fast Fiber internet, and a desk in the 3rd bedroom/office for any work needs. Outside is a fully fenced-in backyard with privacy fence and outdoor dining table. Dogs are welcome too, and we have a welcome basket just for them!
Our home provides:
Living room with large smart TV, games, puzzles & books. Dining area, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer. New deck with lockable gates for your little ones or pets, grassy front & back yards.

Summary: I picked the place solely on the fenced in yard for the dog, and it was a lifesaver. House was nice and clean, and there was great communication.

Summary: The house was great, but could have been dusted and swept before we arrived. There were doggy furballs in the hallway, and doggy hair on the bed. The location was convenient, but the neighborhood didn’t feel the safest. There was also a crack in the living room window. Based on the activity around the house, we would not have spent time outside. The kitchen was not very well stocked with pots. We had to cook things in shifts because there was no large frying pan. The large pot provided was very beat up with teflon flaking off. I had to purchase stirring utensils in order to cook. The house was comfortable and has a lot of potential if these things are addressed.
