We’re 5-7 minutes to Downtown Raleigh, full of restaurants, shops, breweries and parks. RDU Airport is within 15-20 minutes drive.

Summary: Our recent stay at this property was perfect! The house is just as pictured. Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, it was clean, comfortable and appeared to be newly renovated. Matt was a great host and check in and check out was very easy.When in Raleigh, we would definitely stay there again!

Summary: This property is lovely and efficient. The kitchen is well appointed. Beds were comfortable and the house was meticulously clean. We were vendors at a local event, and I normally haul a trailer; the only downside was there was no place to park the trailer if you aren't great at backing it up (which I'm not).

Summary: We were in town for a volleyball tournament. The house was very convenient to the convention center. It was very comfortable for a family and nice to be able to spread out after a long day if games. Would definitely look to get it again when we are in the area.

Summary: The property was perfect for our needs. We wanted to explore downtown Raleigh and our location was ideal. It took us about 10-15 minutes to get downtown without having to get back on a major highway. The property was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The host was always very responsive to any questions I had. Enjoyable stay!

Summary: We went down for a quick trip, our kids had tickets to see a concert so we went down for the night so they wouldn't have to drive back so late. The description of this place is exact, all 3 of the bedrooms were very spacious, had plenty of room. There was a tv in every room.The mattresses were extremely comfortable we all slept like babies. Plenty of stocked coffee, clear instructions from the host and great communication. If I had a question he was very quick to respond. There was even pancake mix and syrup in the cabinet if we decided to make pancakes they were there. They provided filtered water in the refrigeratorThe back yard is actually pretty decent size. There are alot of other houses around but that didn't bother us. The back yard had a great fence around it if you wanted privacy it's a pretty quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again when we are back in the area.

Summary: The home is inviting, comfortable and as described. Mateo sent easy to follow instructions. Not having to also travel with bedding and towels was a plus! The neighborhood is very quiet. Everything we needed was provided right down to a Keurig to make coffee!
