We call this townhome "Denim". It's one block from University Drive, walking distance to "restaurant row", and a short 2 miles to Texas A&M. Each of its 3 bedrooms has a comfy king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a TV. With a 65" TV, HULU "live" and oversized seating, the stylish living room is where you will want to hang out. There's even a half bath downstairs. That's 3 and a half baths! Washer/Dryer/Swimming Pool included as well. Oh...and 3 reserved parking spaces+plenty of guest parking

Summary: Great location, exceptionally clean and decorated so cute and comfortable. All the extras like coffee pods, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry pods, iron, blow dryers, a few basic toiletries were all provided. Very easy check in and check out . Great communication ! Definitely recommend

Summary: Great location, enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their private areas. Easily accessible, clean and management is very easy to communicate with. Summary: Good sized unit for 4 to 6 people,. Clean townhouse in a nice development . All bedrooms upstairs, so if you have mobility issues cconsider this. Would stay again
