Summary: Minutes away from everything but still in a quiet area. I stayed for a residency week at A&M and could not be happier. Close to the college, and restaurants. Apartment was clean and well kept. It is attached to the main house but I never actually saw the owners. No invasion of privacy at all.Owner was responsive via message and there were no issues. I hope it is available for my final residency next year.

Summary: Location is good, a long walk, but within walking distance to campus & easy drive to anywhere else you want to go. It is very small (as expected) and has very poor lighting. If a woman is staying here, bring a lighted makeup mirror! It is not the cleanest place either…the outside of my velvet makeup bag was covered in dust just from setting it on the desk in the bedroom. And some of the white towels in the bathroom were either dirty or stained/discolored. For the extremely high rental rate, it should be very clean. I would not stay here again.
