Summary: We stayed here while our kiddo was attending Aggie Soccer Camp. Was conveniently located just a few minutes from the playing fields and right near the stadiums. Property was spotless and well appointed. Both bedrooms had plenty of room and comfy beds. Kitchen had all you need to cook a tasty meal and enjoy a cup of coffee.Stephanie was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

Summary: We came to town for the Aggie baseball game this weekend, and this was a perfect rental for us! Very convenient, clean, quiet, well decorated! I’d stay here again the next time we come to town!

Summary: The place is very spacious and welcoming. Has a really nice outdoor space perfect for family gatherings. The place is walking distance to TAMU. It would be perfect for football weekends. My visit was in the spring…equally convenient for my needs.

Summary: This is a great little guest house with a great location. It is located behind a larger home which presumably houses college kids, but that was not a problem at all. The cute guest house was very clean and well appointed. Communication with the owner was good. They have a designated parking spot for one car. All in, very good.
