Summary: This is a great little guest house with a great location. It is located behind a larger home which presumably houses college kids, but that was not a problem at all. The cute guest house was very clean and well appointed. Communication with the owner was good. They have a designated parking spot for one car. All in, very good.

One feature we especially appreciated was the extra security locks on the doors, which made us feel safe and at ease throughout our stay. Summary: This stay was exactly what we needed for a quick visit to College Station to see our son. The house was immaculately cleaned, contained everything that we needed and is fabulously located. The host has put together a perfect online information manual for your use while at the house but also responded very quickly with the information that I overlooked in the maual.

Summary: This was our first time bringing our 3 kids to an Aggie football game & it couldn’t have been better. The location was perfect to walk to the game & the young men that live in the main house were so polite & nice. Great experience all around!!
