Positive: The property manager was very nice and helpful when things went wrong. Beds were comfortable and living room was cozy. The owner made us fresh breakfast pastries one of the mornings along with having lots of snacks available!
Negative: It was annoying having to pay such high “cleaning fees” when they needed us to take out our own trash and strip our own beds. Parking is extremely limited and driveway is pretty steep. Dope handle broke and I was stuck inside until someone else in my party was able to come rescue me. Messaging through booking gave me automated responses saying they weren’t in control and to reach out to the property manager. Manager was at a wedding and had her phone off. Didn’t get a response for 6 hours. Very glad I had a friend meeting me.
Summary: Nice and comfortable but also inconvenient.

Positive: Super comfy, clean, and cozy accommodations. Host lives above unit and was very friendly and included free snacks and fruit on our arrival. If you order door-dash, the dasher will leave the food at front entrance if not specified instead of the back.
Negative: Not a con to the host, but if you are planning on unloading in the driveway be wary it has a big hump and I scrapped my car a bit. Best unload in the street. Extra parking is a few houses down.
