Negative: The bath towels provided seemed brand new and unwashed. They felt kind of gross to use and had an unpleasant smell.

Positive: Excellent location if you are going to OHSU or the VA hospital. We spent 2 weeks for my husband’s work. You can take the tram to OHSU or take a short ride on Uber. My husband was also able to walk to the VA a few times. It is uphill on the way there but very doable. The apartment is perfect for 2 people. Very well stocked kitchen with lots of coffee pods and sugar, salt and pepper grinders, olive oil, and lots of spices/herbs for cooking. I was also very impressed with the quality cookware (Calphalon) and utensils. The apartment is very bright and it was entertaining watching people going to the cute neighborhood cafe across the street. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, no noise from the street at night. Bed was very comfortable. Large TV in the bedroom was great. And Trevor the host was excellent with communication. 100% recommend this place.

Positive: Easy to find and enter with code. Apartment was extremely clean and welcoming. Bed was so comfy and sheets were extra soft! Coffee was delicious. Loved the location!
Negative: Parking … challenging to move car every 2 hours during the weekdays

Positive: Ants in kitchen sink, one bath towel had brown spots on it, and need pot holders. Other than that it was comfortable and clean. Parking was hard find.

Positive: Well appointed apartment, set back from the street, with tasteful decorations and a good layout. Easy access to Downtown and OHSU, to which you can walk as there is a nearby pedestrian walkway that crosses over major roads. Lots of light, with a glass door that opens onto a balcony, yet light blocking curtains can cover the windows if you want to sleep in. Nice apartment.
Negative: There was street parking only, with a 2 hour limit during business hours, so I had to move my rental car periodically, but ample parking made this a breeze. Pillows were nice, but a bit too high and firm for my tastes.

Positive: Such a very charming little place. We had an appointment at OHSU, and this unit was close by, just a short drive. A healthy spry person could have walked to OHSU. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The apartment is on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the street. There is a little shop on the corner with breakfast/lunch sandwiches, burgers ... etc ... they also sell wine and some groceries. The apartment was clean and stocked with essentials for an extended stay. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again if we're ever in the area.
Negative: Parking spaces were available in a shared lot around the corner (not an issue, just no driveway or private parking). No Wi-Fi available (??) I just used my phone service. I didn't reach out to the host to find out for sure though ...
Summary: Very charming little apartment in a quiet neighborhood.
