Positive: This property is beyond amazing! I have stayed in loads of rentals over the years and will say this place is the best. We have stayed in Memphis many times and this property gets a gold star from us for location/cleanliness/space/facilities. There is so much room. Everything is brand new and the place is spotlessly clean. The owner is so lovely and really wants you to have the best experience. They have put so much effort into making this property stylish and comfortable and we didn’t want to leave. The beds are the comfiest we have ever slept in and they are huge! Bathrooms are so clean and they have provided you with shampoo/conditioner and shower gel. Plenty of towels as well and they are lovely thick quality towels. The sofa - it reclines and that made me so happy! Reclining on that sofa chatting with my friends before we went out was fantastic! Property is so central and cheap for Ubers. The street is very quiet. Neighbours lovely. Plenty of space to park your car - i would say you could easily get 2 cars on the drive but there is also plenty of street parking. We felt safe and so happy we chose this property and I actually called the owner the day we left to thank him for providing such a wonderful property which just made our holiday so perfect. Him and his wife are definitely worthy of praise for being amazing hosts.
