Summary: Overall the property was as listed, and i would recommend staying here. A few improvements would be to turn the thermostat up on the water heater, a few nights the showers were luke warm and other nights they were hot. One set of sheets were unclean, but all of the rest were. The overall cleanliness of the property was good. The neighborhood looks older and somewhat run down but we had no issues. House is close to everything you need and very convenient.

Summary: House was modern and very clean. Loved the porch!!! Couldn't find hand towels or dishrags for kitchen. Lawn was outgrown. Back yard needed a clean up. But overall a great house.

Summary: Kelly was so nice and attentive. The house was just as beautiful as the pictures showed. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Memphis.

Summary: The host was amazing and was very responsive any time we had a question. The check in process was smooth, the place was very spacious, exactly like it looked in the photos and it was very clean! Highly recommend it.

Summary: I was a little concerned about the neighborhood at first but the property is fenced in and you can pull multiple cars inside the gate. Close to everything and the house is spacious and clean. We would stay here again if traveling to Memphis.
