Summary: Property was as advertised and described. No surprises. Location and view were great. Love the terrace and full length windows across the front. Heated towel rack was very nice. The walk to town was just great, kept us in shape to climb the hill. The only items we would have liked to be "different": the bed in the main bedroom was a little awkward and difficult to get out of (we are in our 70's). The oven and the clothes dryer were cryptic at best, needed voodoo to operate.

Summary: This is a nice spacious apartment in gorgeous Vence. It’s in a quiet, residential area with friendly neighbours. There are stairs up to the second floor but no lift and the town centre is a 10 minute walk up some steep hills. The apartment is well equipped, however I recommend bringing an extra towel, and there are only 2 square pillows per bed. Ok for a single occupant of the bed but one each isn’t enough in my opinion. Overall our stay was lovely. The garage space is big enough for a Fiat 500, it just need’s careful manoeuvring. I would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Summary: Last September, my wife asked to go to the Violet Festival that is held the first weekend of March in Tourrettes-sur-Loup. That got me to looking for VRBO’s that would meet our vacation needs. I found this one – and stopped looking. Nice apartment, parking (alto a small car only space), two bedrooms with king size beds and kitchen with all the necessary equipment. We stayed in the apartment for two weeks – and the apartment was great. While it isn’t really in walking distance of any markets, it was close enough to everything to be central. We spend a lot of time enjoying Vence – lunches, dinners shopping, just walking around and enjoying the Village. All in all, the apartment was everything we needed for our visit.

Summary: Excellent rental. The apartment was perfect for our needs. It was clean, spacious, well-equipped and very comfortable. The views from the terrace were fantastic! We enjoyed our dinners outside and enjoyed the sun coming up in the mornings with a cup of coffee. It is a great location to explore the Cote d'Azur. Parking is tight. We had a tiny rental car and still had to turn in the rearview mirrors to fit in the garage. There are 2 visitor spots but they were full most of the time. I would happily stay here again!

Summary: This is a beautiful large two bedroom apartment. The combined living room and dining room have a wall of floor to ceiling glass doors so you always have a view and feel like you are outside even if you are inside. The terrace is large comfortable and wrap around. It is a short uphill walk to town but it after the first couple of days not a big deal. Nice kitchen good shower with comfortable bedrooms. Also, Christine who is the local contact is very accommodating and helpful. The one downside would be the garage, don't get anything larger than a compact car as it will be a challenge.

Summary: We stayed 6 days in this lovely appartment. There is everything needed and the terrace has a magnificent view. The only little problem is the garage, which is very small and not easy to park in, but then you may use the street. All in all we can only recommend this spot, and Coco, our landlady, was very helpful and answered all our questions.

Summary: We loved this wonderful apartment in the town of tranquil town of Vence! It was in a fantastic location with amazing views from the terrace and master bedroom. The center of town is within walking distance of the apartment where you'll find lovely shops and restaurants. We were met enthusiastically and guided around the unit which included a fully functioning kitchen, washing machine, two bedrooms, a very nice full bathroom and an additional 1/2 bath. Four of us were extremely comfortable in the apartment where we loved sitting out on the terrace, enjoying a cup of coffee and taking in the view. There are so many beautiful, charming towns to visit like St. Paul de Vence, Eze, Gourdon, Antibes, and of course, Nice to name a few. We loved coming back to our unit after a long day of sightseeing. We appreciate how easy is was to communicate with our host and her dedicated associate. We would love to come back and spend even more time in Vence in this excellent accommodation.

Summary: My wife and I just completed a 2 week stay in Vence and had a really great time. First the accommodation was just as per the description. Great outlook from the main bedroom and the lounge/dinning room. The kitchen was very modern with a new fridge and plenty of cooking equipment etc and lots condiments to get you started. It does have a combined microwave/oven but we had no problem using it. We ate in several nights enjoying what we could find in the local supermarket or markets. The Leclerc supermarket on the edge of town had just about everything you may need. Vence also has several good food shops as well. The apartment is on the 1st floor of 4 so just up 2 short flights to the front door. The land slopes away in front of the apartment so from inside you appear quite high with a great view. The garage is tight but we found car parking stations with less room, renting an apartment with a garage is rare! The location was perfect for us as we explored the town (7 min walk uphill or 5 min back downhill) and went in every direction out from Vence. To the coast, mountains, gorges, hilltop towns and even Italy for a pizza. all very easy day trips. Lots of restaurant choices in Vence, just check their hours as most will close on Monday. We always walked in, if you chose to drive, you will have to use one of the two parking pay stations. Our host and her very able assistants were a pleasure to deal with. At our request an ironing board was delivered promptly by her charming daughter. Communication by email or sms was prompt. We certainly enjoyed our stay and even with 2 weeks we still missed a few sights. I would certainly recommend this accommodation as a great place to stay.

Summary: We have enjoyed a wonderful stay in this apartment in the charming town of Vence - for 7 weeks. The apartment is extremely comfortable, spacious and light and very well equipped for a short or long term stary. The large deck area gets the morning sun and is a great spot to sit and eat breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and spacious enough for food preparation. The bathroom is very modern and the water pressure is excellent with a good supply of very hot water. Both bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. Excellent supply of linen. There is a garage in which to park your vehicle, however our car was too big, so we used the 'visitor parking' at the front of the building. Overall the apartment is exaclty as per the owner's description and photos. The apartment is within a 10minute walk of the old town and main shopping area. The residents of the town are extremely friendly as are the store proprietors. There are a number of excellent restaurants and the quality of meals and service is of a very high standard. Vence is the perfect base to explore the Cote d'Azure and we would highly recommend this accommodation and the town of Vence, to any traveller. We will be sad to say farewell at the end of our most enjoyable visit and hope one day, to return.
