On the heights of VENCE with a superb exceptional panoramic sea view and a unique dominant position at the top of a hill, Welcome to Mas des Oliviers#1 occupies the entire ground level of a villa Le Mas des oliviers has 2 very spacious accommodation of around 105m and have been designed for privacy as each occupies an entire level of the Mas with private ground floor access, parking, private entrance and very large private terrace facing a panoramic sea view from Nizza to Cannes with private entrance and parking 3 bedrooms with wardrobe, including 1 master suite. 2 bathrooms 2 WC and its very large private terrace with a breathtaking sea view. The large terrace is partly covered ( dinning area with charcoal BBQ) and partly sunny (bathsunning area) . The Mas des Oliviers#1 is perfectly equipped: high-end bedding, large windows facing the sea view , linen, classified as 5 ***** tourist accommodation.
The House is in Provencal style using old materials such as cut stones from the land and actuel equipment and decoration.
Le Mas des Oliviers is part of the Mas d'Azur property which comprises 2 very spacious and recent apartments #1 and #2 : each occupying an entire level of the Mas des Oliviers with private ground acces.
The magnificent heated pool of 14m x 4m of the property (shared between the 2 homes of the property ), inscribed in a stone restanque. The swimming pool is heated from mid April to beginning of October ( could be extended depending on the weather ) .

Summary: We loved Vence and the house. It was perfect for us that prefer a much slower pace than in the city of Nice. The house was perfect for four girl friends. The views are absolutely out of this world. We spent so much time on the porch just looking out over the area. It is a drive up the into the mountains and the roads are narrow, but we did just fine after the first day and night. The location near Vence was ideal. We loved the restaurants and markets around the area and spent the majority of our time there and in St. Paul de Vence. Really easy to get to from the Nice airport. The tolls are less than 1 Euro each way. We would highly recommend and would stay there again if ever back in the area.

Summary: Marc was a great host and was quick to respond to communication and was able to accommodate all our requests. The house was perfect, beautiful, clean and quiet. The prettiest surrounding views ever, outdoor area and pool were the highlight of the property. Definitely would stay again.

Summary: Everything about our stay was perfect. Well furnished holiday home with everything we needed. Views down to the coast and overlooking Vence were amazing to wake up to each morning. Marc and Françoise were very friendly, helpful and communicated really well before we arrived and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Clean, comfortable and peaceful!

Summary: Stayed six nights at this wonderful property, found that it had everything we needed and more! The view was amazing and the grounds were also a delight with olive trees and herbs growing wild. Highly recommend!!

Summary: Everything about this house was "top shelf." Clean, spacious, well-equipped and THAT VIEW! Marc and Francoise met us upon arrival, showed us around, offered tips on the area and even left a bottle of champagne and a fresh pastry to celebrate our friends' anniversay. So thoughtful. The pool was wonderful and the grounds were gorgeous. We will be back.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying at Mas d’Azur/Oliviers last week and found the property perfect. We had three bedroom and used two. The property was super we-well equipped with ovens, toaster, tea pot (!) crockery, pans, cutlery, eco cleaners, electric blinds, comfy sofa and chairs, towels, excellent beds etc etc. The hosts provided really useful books and leaflets. They were perfect hosts, greeting us on arrival and being available if needed but really unobtrusive too. I used the heated pool which was clean and delightful. In terms of location, we thoroughly recommend the town of Vence with its balance of ancient and modern. The drive from Vence to the property is short but steep and wiggly. The road is made up but single track. The U bends need care but the road is very quiet and we found it easy after the first day ( when we arrived in the dark - not to be recommended). We would love to return one day and take our ease on the veranda and patio again. Thank you Marc and Francois. PS Thank you also for the Craquelin cake you left us as a gift. It was delicious.

Summary: Great location! We were surprised we were sharing the house with another unit above us, as the listing said « entire home » but it worked out fine. Make sure your car has the power to get up the hill through narrow streets. Once there, enjoy!
