Negative: I didn’t realise the bathroom was on the ground floor until arrival which would not have been my first choice . And I feel there should be a warning about steep stairs which could feel a little strenuous to navigate for the more mature guest.

Positive: Beautiful scenery. The surrounding area was quiet and calm, and there were peacocks who lived nearby that roamed around the area. The garden was also a lovely place to sit and relax. There were a couple of very nice corner shops a few minutes walk away. My friend has a feather allergy and the host went above a beyond to get us non-feather bedding which was hugely appreciated.
Negative: Unrelated to the property but worth noting; you need a car to get around the area, which isn't a bad thing, just be aware that there aren't many walking trails around the surrounding area or pavements along the roadside.
Summary: Lovely location, and a very comfortable stay, would definitely stay again.
