Positive: The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We absolutely love the location. This is our second time coming here and has become a favorite family vacation spot.
Summary: Perfect apartment, right on the beach, close to the beautiful and quaint downtown. We will definitely be back.

Positive: Love the view!! 💕Totally enjoy the balcony and we really appreciate that we were able to bring our dog 🐶
Negative: Bed very hard could have used a few more wash cloths. Mr coffee didn’t work it over flowed 😟and we didn’t have the code to go on the beach, I think that’s pretty important since it’s all about the beach. I appreciate the fact that they’re fixing the beach since I come here every year just unfortunate that we had to listen to that all night.

Positive: The location is great, the beach is lovely, and you can easily walk to a couple of places. There is no pool but that did not concern us, the shark teeth hunting is fun, and we love the location and proximity to the Jacksonville airport. Hosts were nice, we were high season so when you pay a higher rate your expectations are higher but we had no issues.
Negative: The condo could use a little work. If it were mine, I would update the shower tile and the mattresses. They could offer more than three coffee mugs. The screen door needs to be refreshed. But it was nice and clean and had decent appliances. Not sure if it is suited for people who have mobility issues.
Summary: relaxing, helpful renter, maintained well.

Positive: Location, sitting on the balcony, kitchen,, accessibility to the elevator, pet friendly. The dishwasher wasn't working and it was eventually replaced during our visit. A credit was applied to credit card for the inconvenience.
Negative: Couple of lights in kitchen ceiling were coming out but they worked fine. The towel rack by bathroom sink was coming loose from the wall, maintenance tightened it up but it quickly started coming off the wall again.

Positive: The extra large balcony is so nice. Great for relaxing. The kitchen is spacious and newly updated. The whole interior is updated and well maintained. Comfortable beds and furniture . The beach is beautiful and uncrowded in April.
