We welcome 1 well trained non-shedding under 25lbs dog to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. ADDITIONAL PET FEE APPLIES & IS COLLECTED AFTER BOOKING IS MADE.
INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Summary: Overall had a very good stay. But was very disappointed the pool had been closed due to lightning damage for 3 weeeks and had not been notified. That was a big part of why we rented the property. The golf cart not charging was also an issue. Loved location! Beautiful place and enjoyed the stay but add was misleading when advertising pool if not in use.

Summary: Although there were a few issues, no door code sent in original email then didn't work the first time after calling, golf cart wasn't charged because issue with outlets, Wi-Fi didn't work and came home to someone in house to fix even though no one called to report outage, mirror in half bath was off the wall upon arrival, otherwise the house and location was great!

Summary: Electrical issues! Not able to charge golf cart with outside plugs and kept tripping breaker's inside. Also, needs light bulbs. Over all everything was great and lots of fun was had, definitely would stay here again!

Summary: There was apparently some confusion on the emails that were not sent about how we should check in. I called the management company about 2 hours away and told a lady that I didn’t have a door code. She gave me a code. When we arrived, we couldn’t get through the gate because we didn’t have a code. We had 3 cars and we backed up the entire area because we couldn’t turn around. I called the management company, and I had to send over my drivers license covering up my credit card except for the last 4 digits before they would get us out of the roadway and give us the gate code. I feel like this should have at least been laid out on the portal site I was given and we could have taken care of it sooner. Or, had the lady told me two hours prior, we could have taken care of it. When we arrived, the place was beautiful. Great area, lots of amenities, quiet and peaceful. We went to the beach, thinking the air would cool it down, but at 5pm we realized there was an issue. We called management for maintenance and they told us to try several things, none of which worked. At 11pm they texted and told us it would be 3am before maintenance could get there. All of our bedrooms were filled so my daughter volunteered to sleep downstairs in the heat- as the upstairs a/c worked fine. We spent most of the day the next day with the A/C guy. After that, everything was ok except for a flat tire on the golf cart. We will stay again but hope the mgmt company will be on top of everything.
