Summary: This home was rented for a girlfriends weekend retreat. We were pleasantly surprised by the elevator, which was SUPER handy for the ladies with mobility issues, as MOST of the sleeping arrangements were on the 3rd floor. The house was spacious, and we LOVED that every bedroom had a bathroom (and there were 2 on the 3rd floor). However, the third floor had a hard time staying cool. We weren't too drastically affected because we spent most of our time out of the home (in the pool DIRECTLY behind the home WINNNNN!!) or at the beach about 2 miles away. When the listing says 5 cars can fit in the driveway, they mean CARS, not SUV's or vans. We made it work, but it was like playing Tetris every time someone had to leave. That said, the GOLF CART was a life saver, so we didn't have to move cars all that often. Furniture was nice, but needs updating. WE LOVED THE DINING TABLES! The kitchen was stocked decently with plates, bowls, and tons of utensils, but not much serveware. Refrigerator stayed cool, but made noises every time you opened it. All in all... the house was nice for a retreat, and we enjoyed our time there!

Summary: Great hose especially for large gatherings with children. 11 children and 8 adults were very comfortable and never felt on top of each other. The use of the golf cart was a great added value. We used it every day!!

Summary: The house was absolutely terrific, clean with ample space for everything we needed. Plenty of bathrooms and kitchen supplies that ended up being very helpful. The location was also beautiful. The one issue was our wifi never worked. We called and called the manager and while they kept insisting they were sending someone to fix it, they never came in the 5 days we were there. There was then zero service for people with certain cell services, and dispute us consistently asking for help, we never got any. We still had a great time, but this a little frustrating and confusing

Summary: This house lived up to our large group’s expectations for it, and the beautiful online pics accurately represent it. We were surprised to discover 2 trundle beds on the top bunk level. Extra sheets were available for the many beds; there were plenty of towels; and this was the most generously supplied vacation home of necessary paper goods and soaps I’ve ever rented. We loved the abundant decks, front porch swing, and the pool right in the back yard. You can fit 5 vehicles in the parking lot, but it is tight. The golf cart was great to have. There is no dangerous walk to the beach as an earlier review stated. The walk to the beach takes about 12 minutes right along 30A. There is no game table upstairs, but our young ones didn’t miss it. Our family loved this home, and we thank the owners for sharing it.

Summary: Cute neighborhood. Plenty of space for a group of 20. We loved the fact the pool was literally at our back door. The only negative for location, is beach access. Overall experience was great. Our family made great new memories!

Summary: The house was clean and in a great location. Access to the beach was a 10 minute walk and easy to drop off bigger items with the golf cart. The second floor AC was not working though. Overall great rental!

Summary: Very nice house for large group. Mostly worked well, but the top level bathrooms had poor to nonexistent hot water, and the drain on one side was slow. Location of pool right next to house is a big plus. Trek to beach is a few blocks, but made better by complimentary golf cart.
