Positive: We really loved everything about the apartment! We were a group of 4 people (2 couples), so it was important for us that each couple has their own private room, so this apartment was perfect. The host was very nice and responsive. The apartment is new/renovated, and everything was exactly as represented in the pictures. The highlight of our stay was the outdoor private terrace with the table and chairs. It was the perfect area to spend time together, have breakfast/dinner, and especially evening drinks after a full day of exploring the city. Safe public streets to leave the car for free.

Negative: Everything was great, the surrounding streets were quiet, clean, and safe. It takes around 15-20 minutes to walk to the downtown area, but it’s a pleasurable walk and we highly recommend checking out the local markets.

Positive: The apartament was so clean and we have all the facilities. We park free in front of the building. It’s about 15 min walk to the city center. We walk by night and everything was good. We have a very good comunication with the host. I strongly recommend it!

Negative: In one of the bedroom, the air conditioning smell like vinegar.

Positive: Great hosts, helped us a lot with our check in, local restaurants, and fast responses to local questions. Beds were very comfortable and air conditioning worked great even in a heat wave. Great blackout curtains to help adjusting to a time zone change. The balcony area and rooftop were very beautiful at night. Supermarkets and good food within a short walk but fairly quiet street. Very close walk to the university which has a cute campus. “Frog” coffee pod maker for expresso that we used daily.

Negative: Trash can is a bit small for a long stay, but that is typical of Italy. No microwave, but you can warm up food in the oven which has a fan bake setting that works pretty fast.

Summary: Beautiful rooftop and quiet, comfy stay
