Positive: The entire place it’s amazing so brand new
Negative: The location. It’s quite dark, pretty narrow streets and far away from the downtown
Summary: Exceptional place!, brand new and everything super confiable. With AC and the hosts are super supportive and nice.

Positive: Highly recommend! New well-furnished apartment in a good locality of the city. The hosts were very kind and agreed to check me in around midnight, when I arrived late. The apartment itself is well stocked with everything you need, but arguably the most important feature is the air-conditioning, which worked incredibly well for the entire duration. The locality is decent, with supermarkets, a very good panineria, a bus stop and the Orleans station very close by.
Negative: The street outside was very noisy through the night.
Summary: All-in-all, great value for money and a brilliant new accommodation in Palermo.
