Best views of any Vacation Home in the whole Abiquiu area! View of the distant Pedernal (Flat topped mountain that Georgia O'Keeffe painted & loved) Silhouetted every evening during sunset! Located off a paved road to our 1500' long dirt road. 5 minutes to Bode's General Store, Georgia O'Keeffe Home & Studio Tour. 8 minutes to the incredible Plaza Blanca hiking area, 15 minutes to Abiquiu Lake, 20 minutes to Ghost Ranch, best hiking in all of New Mexico, 30 minutes to Ojo Caliente Mineral Hot Springs.

Enclosed fully fenced front + back courtyards (Great for Pets!) with Covered Portal (Patio) and Deck in back to take advantage of Big Sunset views with Dining table/chairs and Charcoal BBQ (charcoal available at our 2 local stores) and Outdoor fireplace with plenty of Pinon Wood to burn year round! Indoor fireplace too!
The private Hot Tub is situated on an elevated deck on a hillside overlooking the Chama River Valley, Enjoy wildlife, Big sunsets, Stargazing while soaking in the Hot Tub. Hot tub is located down a 200' trail from the Casita, very private. Great place for Yoga on the deck too. Hot Tub is available, (cleaned and heated) to use year round, however weather (snow, rain, wind, extra cold temps might interfere with usage and we apologize if you’re unable to use the hot tub during these infrequent inclement weather conditions).
Private Casita - The north wing of the Owner's larger main home with 2 separate front & rear private entrances, We are only around when you need anything / anytime and keep a very low profile. Our guests comment on how unobtrusive we are and we sometimes never see our guests. However, if you need area suggestions or recommendations, we are available to chat anytime. Your place is well insulated between the Casita & Main house for sound, privacy, warmth in winter and cooling in summer. Many guests like that we are nearby for a sense of security, many homes in Abiquiu are very isolated and remote. Cell phones and 15mb high speed Wifi work great here, double check other areas in Abiquiu that have poor cell and wifi service.

Separate heat and AC.
2nd bedroom with Double Bed and with same type of quality beddings. Writing desk with great views, TV with Roku player and DVD Player to play made in Abiquiu DVD's. Dresser, closet, Book library. Separate heat and AC.
Full bath (tub/shower) with Tushy Warm water bidet. Organic soaps, shower gel and lotions. Fluffy Towels, lots of extra bath provisions. Blow dryer.
Extra Persons can sleep on Living Room sofa back & side cushions may be removed to make into about the size of a twin bed with plenty of extra sheets, pillows, blankets & comforters. This room also has a TV with a Roku player to stream Netflix movies and watch made in Abiquiu DVD's.
Full Bath with Tub/Shower, Fluffy bath towels, Lavender Bath products, Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion. Stocked cabinet with extra bath provisions. Blow dryer, Plenty of quality toilet tissue and Puffs tissues.
Laundry area with Stackable Washer/Dryer. Organic non toxic Laundry detergent provided.

Your stay includes Breakfast provisions stocked in your Gourmet Casita Kitchen for the whole duration of your stay! No need to go out for breakfast! Includes-Organic Coffee & Decaf Beans (We ask for 10 day notice to request Decaf coffee beans) We home roast our coffee beans daily for our guests! Assorted Herbal and Teas, , Organic Half-Half, Coconut Milk & or Almond Milk, Organic Jams, Jellies, Farm Fresh Organic Eggs, Butter-Cream Cheese-3-4 types of Bagels, Artisan Breads for Toast and/or French toast, Pancake-Waffle Mixes and Real Maple Syrup! Restaurant style Belgian Waffle maker! Steel Cut & instant oatmeals. Cold bottled waters stocked in the fridge, Reverse Osmosis filtered water & Carrots to feed the Horse, Mini Donkeys & Alpacas too! Pets - Smaller dogs (Under 30 lbs.) welcome, larger dogs considered. Please contact us first to get permission. $10 per night, per pet. Sorry no cats. Meticulously cleaned between Guest Visits. Front+Back Courtyards completely fenced in, 4.5 feet high fences w/Gates. Your Horses welcome too!! $15 per night, ask first.
