Positive: An amazing apartment. So tastefully furnished, very comfy bed and even an exclusive use carpeted secure garage! And the breakfast selection provided was superb. Very handy location within easy walk of beach, cafes, and the excursion to Kapiti Island. It was so good that we didn’t want to leave. Thanks Carolyn

Positive: Breakfast was a lovely surprise, We didn't know we got a continental breakfast. The whole stay was exceptional at the Lodge. Would absolutely recommend 379 on Kapiti to anyone. Best stay ever.
Negative: Nothing. Except the beach right on your doorstep. We would of stayed longer and be back every year. The traffic noise was abit of a nuisance.
Summary: The lodge was equipped exceptionally. Every detail was with extreme thought.

Positive: This condo exceeded our expectations! The host included so many touches that we did not see in other locations during our stays. The kitchen canisters offered the usual teas/coffees/hot chocolate...but also, granola and individually wrapped NZ 'Cookie Time' biscuits. Peanut butter and Marmite. Unexpected extras in the frig was a bottle of fruit cocktail, butter, raspberry jam and milk. On the counter, we found fresh bananas and a loaf of yummy Vogel's bread. These items were not leftovers, they were all fresh. The bathroom offered the usual shampoo/conditioner, but also a variety of boutique chunks of soap and shower soap. It was very clean! We enjoyed walking the neighborhood. There is a golf course across the street, but IDK if it's public. They weren't concerned when we walked into the clubhouse for a look and saw photos of Tiger Woods golfing there. The host also left pamphlets about activities in the area. We will be staying here again in the future!
Negative: We loved all of this condo, so this is just minor and we made it work for us..three adults. The kitchen is very small, I remember it as a microwave and a sink..maybe a small bar size area. We went to ReBurger w/in walking distance to bring back dinner one night. We also know that grocery store Pak N Save and others have deli meals in small containers that can be microwaved so we did that one evening. Again, this was a lovely condo and we'll be staying there again!!!
