Rosemary Cottage is private quiet and peaceful. Located 30 minutes north of Wellington it is the ideal spot to to enjoy the stunning natural beauty of the Kapiti coast. It is a short walk to the lovely expansive beach and the village has many lovely cafes and restaurants as well as a great Saturday market The cottage is totally self contained and very well equipped. The deck is the perfect place for outdoor dining and barbeques. There is a wood burner which is perfect for those colder nights.

Summary: Clean comfortable well equipped cottage.Care needed accessing and departing driveway. A shuttle van and trailer is parked on carport turning area which makes it tight.The cottage smelt musty and unaired.A convenient location.

Summary: Such a lovely place to stay. You can't want for anything. Theres a lovely view of Kapiti Island. I loved staying here....until I broke my toe. Even with that, the house was easy to negotiate.I will definitely be back!

Summary: We were finishing our 3 week trip around the North Island with a longer stay at the Rosemary Cottage! We are so glad we did this…we had a thoroughly relaxing stay! Everything you could possibly need was included at the beach Bach…so much cutlery and crockery and pots and pans if you want to cook! Beds were comfy and lounge room so cosy and warm with the combustion stove or air con..it’s up to you! Fabulous deck to look over to Kapiti Island and a lazy dinner to eat at the outdoor table! It was just soo relaxing …one of my favourite spots to end an amazing holiday in NZ! Thanks Judy for your easy communication ….everything worked out so well for us!
