Positive: Plenty of sleep options for a larger mixed adult group. Doors and Wi-Fi access seamless. Perfect for our short stay.
Negative: It was advertised as a 1bedroom that sleeps 8 which was confusing since in the pictures it clearly had 3 bedrooms, so I’m not sure why they chose to present it that way? There was some contradictory information between the advertisement and the emails and the guestbook regarding checkout times, but we were out earlier than either time anyway. And there was a surprise extra layer of info and a hold deposit a couple days before check in that was unexpected and could have been communicated better ahead of time ( I booked for a work trip so I didn’t have all the guests birthdates on hand and had to scramble a bit to get the info as the email said URGENT and I didn’t want to lose our reservation!). There was also some legalese in this extra layer of security/info gathering that said two night minimum which I had to sign, but I had been able to reserve just one night originally so I was a little nervous there was going to be a surprise charge for an additional night. I didn’t like the mixed info, was a little nerve wracking that what I reserved and what we were going to get or be charged would be different.
Summary: cute house, met all our needs. Reasonable price. Would stay again
