Ideal location - on Historic Grand Hill, Grand Ave just steps south, and Summit Ave directly north. Shop and dine on Grand Ave and then stroll those calories away on Summit Ave while you are taken away by the architecture and grandeur of century old mansions. Bikes can be rented one block away if you prefer to two-wheel it.
This one bedroom retreat has everything you need with attention to comfort and style. New bamboo floors, walls, kitchen, bathroom, and furnishings. Additionally, you also get the use of the front porch for those summer moments of relaxation and people watching! I also operate/own VRBO #373111, another one bedroom unit, literally next door - so I am an involved and accessible part of my guest's stay should needs arise. Summary: Very comfortable and convenient for a single traveler. Public transportation was easy to use so I had no need for a car. Stacey was great about staying in touch and answering all my questions.

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay. Stacey was easy to get in touch with and check-in and out were easy. The neighborhood is great for walking and within walking distance to places to eat. Highly recommend Russell's for dinner! 2 blocks from place. The place was clean and comfortable and quiet. We felt lucky to have been able to bring our two dogs. You'd never know pets were allowed as it was clean and no pet odors. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Summary: We came to St Paul for the weekend. Did some hiking, visited a coffee shop and had dinner with friends. This VRBO was a perfect fit. We had plenty of space, it was quiet, it was close to where we wanted to be and our host was easy to contact.

Summary: I loved the location of this apartment in the historic Summit Hill district of St Paul. It is a beautiful walk from shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and a nice little grocery store. Even the magnificent cathedral is about a half mile walk away. Stacey was a lovely host and easy to communicate with. The bed is super comfy and the linens luxurious which is a big benefit in my opinion. The bathroom is spacious and the little kitchen well-stocked. My daughter lives close by so I may be back.

Summary: We stayed 5 nights on Grand Hill and loved everyhing about it. Location was super fr both walking and central for driving. Parking on the street in front. Apt is charming, quiet, easy to cook in and so comfy a bed. Owner communicated so well and offered to answer any questions we may have. We will be back.

Summary: Stacy was great to work with. She was quick to respond when I had questions. The apt was clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom water pressure looked like it was low but when shower knob pulled it was perfect. it was just right size for us. Stores and eateries were close but not within walking distance. Parking out front was easy there were always spaces. The historic district was just beautiful would stay there again. Tip: if you like creme puffs go to Bravo Bakery on Grand Ave they were amazing.

Summary: We were visiting my sister who lives in the Summit neighborhood. It’s a couple of blocks to Grand Avenue and 6 blocks to Mississippi Coop. It also has easy access to Lower town and downtown St. Paul. The bus stop across the street is within the 50 cents downtown fare zone. Stacey was easy to contact about any questions. The main living area is full of light when it’s sunny. Could use more light on gloomy evenings.
