You'll find that the beach and pools are second to none - and the Nuevo Vallarta beaches are renowned as the best in the Vallarta area. As our guest, you will also have access to the amenities of the on-site Dreams hotel including five on-site restaurants - and can choose to add all-inclusive days to your visit if you like. This allows you to get the value and spaciousness of a condominium plus the amenities of a great hotel. It's the best of both worlds.
The waves break just right for boogie boarding practically every day and you can walk for miles along the soft sandy beach. Other beaches in Puerto Vallarta can be rocky and/or limited by barriers, not ours! You can walk for miles, literally miles, along this beautiful Pacific shoreline.
The condo is finished with fine granite and limestone surfaces and includes everything that you will need to enjoy your stay in the comfort of home. We provide everything from blenders to boogie boards! Of course the amenities that you expect in a high end condo are all included - right down to the features of the full kitchen. We personally worked with designers to select the furniture and fabrics to make the space feel like a comfortable home. Of course we include extras such as a stocked bottled water cooler and high speed wireless internet as well!
Villa Magna in Nuevo Vallarta is the perfect balance of secluded beach and pool atmosphere with access to all of the wonders that Puerto Vallarta and the rest of Banderas Bay has to offer. You have first-rate facilities but don't have the stress of a million people in a crowded all-inclusive.
You can play a championship or leisure round of golf at one of the three great local courses. We can put you in contact with a private driver that we use when we're in town. A local Mexican woman can also cook a meal (or more) for you while you stay with us. Villa Magna gives you easy access to the Nuevo Vallarta Marina area and to Puerto Vallarta itself. The information in this listing refers to our three bedroom unit but we have two side-by side condos, this unit with three bedrooms and the second having one bedroom (see the one bedroom listing on this site, too - #116549). Both condos are served by a common entry corridor so you can rent both together to keep a larger extended family close (but separate when it's convenient).
The two units combine to sleep up to ten adults. This three bedroom unit sleeps up to six. These are our personal vacation homes and we've outfitted them for ourselves, and fully expect you to enjoy them as much as we do.

Summary: We had an amazing time at Villa Magna in Joseph condo. We had everything we needed, the condo is well equipped and spacious. The location was great, pools and beach perfect. There was a lot of really good restaurants near, but we also enjoyed the BBQ and the terrace, the view was incredible. We will be back!!!

Summary: The Villa Magna is a very relaxing environment with Joseph’s place being a very comfortable third floor location near the elevator/stairs. We spent evenings over looking the pool and ocean. Great variety with pool or ocean settings to enjoy our days. Wonderful!!

Summary: Our stay was perfect for five seniors. It was just what we wanted, on the beach and pools beside us. When we had a minor issue, it was fixed immediately. There were some great restaurants about a twenty minute walk away. Taxis were easy to get, and a bus stop was close by. The beds were all comfortable and bathrooms were roomy. We often went to the snack bar just below us for happy hour or a meal. We didn’t know until a few days before we left that we could order drinks by the pool and pay cash thru the all inclusive. The only negative about the condo was the distance to get groceries but we figured it out quickly.

Summary: The condo was clean and had everything you need you can just stop before hand and pick up a few groceries and drinks. It’s on the 2nd floor and really close to the beach and many pools to choose from. We had a rental car and think it was a great idea to get around to go out for diner and go to other beaches and such. Although they do have a drink and snack bar but we like going to places where the locals go so we got a car. We liked that the place is not to strict and allows coolers and you can bring snacks and drinks by the pool area and the beach they have lots of garbage cans all over and all the areas are clean. Overall the place is great!!

Summary: Our family stayed for 4 days and we had everything we needed and more. Every room was well stocked and clean and nicer than the pictures. The location is right in front of the snack bar and pool closest to the beach. Air conditioning was cold and everyone had independent control in their rooms. We did not bother purchasing the all inclusive package extra and saved money by paying as we went at the snack bar, and using the very well stocked full size kitchen. Communication with the host was timely and thorough. Marcos manages the property and met us when we arrived. He is super friendly and helpful and speaks English perfectly. We will be back in the area again and would definitely stay here again. Not a single disappointment. Thanks to Joe and family for sharing your beautiful holiday property.

Summary: We loved Joe's place with so much space for our family to move around. It's located just above the pool deck with excellent views. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. We had a couple issues on check-in, but the property manager, Marcos, was right on it. He was easy to get a hold of and made our stay even better. In the midst of the July heat, we took taxis everywhere we went. There is a small strip mall about 15 min (walk) away with several restaurants and a few shops. The poolside bar had great snacks and drinks at reasonable prices too!
