House Rules:
- Only the agreed number of guests allowed, monitored by security cameras.
- $700 security deposit required
- No parties or events without prior approval; unauthorized events will forfeit the deposit
- No smoking indoors; $200 fine for violations
- Excess noise after 10 pm is prohibited (city ordinance)
- A fee of $150 will be charged if the hot tub needs to be drained and cleaned due to misuse.

-Lake Lucy Estate is brought to you by Orlando Area Luxury Rentals, a locally owned and operated company dedicated to delivering exceptional quality. To ensure convenience, we provide a welcome kit of essential amenities such as trash can liners, small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, dish sponge, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent, 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, and facial soap for our guests. For longer stays, we recommend purchasing additional supplies to meet your specific needs.
-No unauthorized parties or events allowed please. Someone may be on property during check in to verify identification.
-Excess noise after 10 pm is against city ordinances and therefore not allowed.
-Kindly be aware that smoking cigarettes or marijuana is prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will incur a fine of $200 per day.
-The property has outdoor security cameras for your safety and anyone caught breaking these rules will be escorted off the premises without refund and will forfeit their deposit.
-This is an older home and is prone to maintenance issues. We do our best to correct issues quickly but please don’t expect perfection.
-Our tropical environment may bring about encounters with critters and insects. While we have monthly pest maintenance, you can help by keeping doors and windows closed and disposing of trash regularly. If you spot a few pests, kindly guide them outside, but if the issue persists, please contact us.
-A security deposit of $700.00 is required and will be automatically authorized by putting a hold on the credit card 2 days prior to the arrival date.
*Payment processors charge a 3% fee. If you cancel your booking within the cancellation window you will still be charged a 3% fee.*

Summary: My friends and I had the best time at this lakefront house in Orlando! We were blown away by the stunning lake view. The pool and hot tub were a dream – we soaked in the hot tub while taking in the beautiful scenery. The bedrooms were cozy and comfy, and we slept like babies. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a great meal. Austin was super friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. I can't wait to come back and bring my family for a longer stay. Thanks for an amazing night!

Summary: Everything was just as expected. Total privacy, beautiful views. We can't wait to come back! There were a lot of touches added to the property that really made it stand out. Every detail was taken care of and we loved the historic feel. The kids enjoyed watching movies in the speak easy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Putting was fun, bocce ball was fun, and the outdoor kitchen was a beautiful touch.

Summary: Absolutely stunning. When we first showed up we were a little unsure of the neighborhood but it was perfectly fine. The lake views are great, we had complete privacy. It felt like everything had been thought through ahead of time. We had plenty of things to cook with, yard games, you name it. The managers and Austin were really quick to answer any questions we had. We had an issue figuring out the thermostat and they immediately responded. We absolutely can't wait to stay here again.

Summary: One word to describe Austin’s property is jaw-dropping. It’s well worth the price and there’s so much space. My husband & I needed a place to sleep our entire wedding party and their dates. You will not find a space big enough to sleep this many people in Orange County, and for that it’s worth 5 stars. I wanted to take a star off because as an Orlando local, the location may look weird on the map and you’ll have to pay tolls if you’re running around Orlando, but I just couldn’t get myself to do it. We felt totally safe all weekend, even with people in our group going in & out. Check in process was simple & the place was clean when we got there, but a little hot upstairs. I almost needed to message Austin on finding the gate clicker, but I ended up finding it in the speakeasy. My group and I loved hanging out by the saltwater pool all day & night. A word of advise from someone who doesn’t have experience with hot tubs, please make sure none of your guests have a spray tan on! We learned that mistake after the water got all nasty and green, & we followed the directions of adding cleaning solution but that did not do much. So don’t be like my group and learn from us. Thank you again Austin, your property is stunning and we loved how you kept the historic charm of the house. We made so many memories that will be cherished for years to come. As a history geek, I loved reading the history on the house posted around. 5/5 stars all around!
