Only 10 min from Universal Studios and Volcano Bay Water Park, 20 min from Disney Parks, and 15 min from the vibrant Downtown Orlando (Lake Eola). Major roads and luxury shopping, perfect central location.
Host Is always available for any help and questions by phone, text , social media or in person if guests do feel comfortable to communicate and interact.
Please note: My family lives in the main house and we will share the backyard. We will treat you as our dearest guests and expect the same towards us.

Summary: My husband son and I had a great time at the property. Lots of natural light, quiet neighborhood, very clean and cozy house. Owner was very helpful and accommodating.

Summary: This property is just the right size, comfortable with all the amenities we need while visiting our daughter and her family in Orlando. We feel safe staying here and have easy access to the various destinations. Alena remembered us from our last stay, and is a lovely host.💛

Summary: This 2 bedroom had everything needed, and then some. The decor was stunning, simple, and welcoming. The kitchen had everything needed, the bedrooms made you feel you were being spoiled. We were only 20 minutes from our kids in WinterGarden. Total privacey, security, and sweet ammenities provided. Host extremely welcoming and available if needed. WE highly highly recommend.

Summary: We rented Orlando Happy House for 16 nights. This guest house was perfect for our extended visit to see our newest granddaughter, daughter and son-in-law. The space is comfortable and tastefully designed. We both slept well on the very comfortable beds and pillows. The robes were a nice luxury item. We prepared meals in the well equipped studio kitchen, planning meals that didn't require an oven. The only addition I might suggest would be a toaster. The house was supplied with plenty of paper products, etc. for our needs. We appreciated the on-site laundry as well. Location was very quiet and convenient for us. The grocery stores, the gym and our daughter's apartment were all within a 6 minute drive. My husband took several morning walks through this and adjoining neighborhoods. We used our Roku because we like to watch network TV. Communication with the host was great! When I asked for a colander, it was hanging on our door when we returned that evening. :) If we plan another extended visit, we would definitely stay here again!
