Summary: Condo is clean and very well stocked. Beds were comfy. Lots of towels. Love that each bedroom has its own bath. Perfect for our family to gather in while we were in town for a family funeral. Owners were very responsive and accommodating.

Summary: We enjoyed our day, but the second night the HVAC wasn't working upstairs or downstairs.An offer was made for us to move to a nearby unit, but it was nearly 10pm and not practical or convenient for us to move at that late hour.Brenda did a good job communicating with us. The owner however, was not willing to call a service company to check it out-and after we left was not very flexible in offering an acceptable adjustment, but finally did with Brenda's help.
