Summary: I love this house, this is our second stay here. It’s clean. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to lots of different stores and restaurants. Pigeon Forge is an hour away and there’s lots to do there. We love this house and hope to stay again in the future. Thank you!!

Summary: This house was perfect for our family’s needs. It was very clean and comfortable. The gas fireplace and Christmas tree made it cozy. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available next time we travel to Knoxville.

Summary: The home was in the perfect location for us. We were on a vacation/house hunting/job interview trip. Easy to get to all the neighborhoods we needed to get to, plus not far from UT. The size of the home was great. We had six adults and 2 toddlers. There was plenty of room for everyone. Nice to be able to cook a few meals “at home”. Toddlers had more than enough room to move around, without worrying about them breaking things. Owner was very easy to work with, and very responsive when we had a question. Would definitely recommend this house to others.
