We are renting out our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom family friendly home in Mars, PA. Our house is approximately 10 minutes from Cranberry and 79, 15 minutes from the turnpike, and 25 minutes from Pittsburgh. Half a mile from Mars High School. Close to many parks and golfing areas in north of Pittsburgh.

The house is a newly renovated ranch with a modern, open concept kitchen/living room, with a large island, coffee bar, and drink fridge, perfect for family gatherings! The island can seat up to 4 and a large dining room table able to seat up to 9! Walk out deck attached to kitchen, mudroom, and master bedroom.
2 kid bedrooms off of the living room with a bathroom. The guest room and master bedroom both off of the mudroom with bathroom near guest room and private bathroom in master.
The outdoor area boasts an additional living space, with a spacing deck, including a 6 person table, additional seats, and a grill. 1+ acre of private flat property with swings for outdoor use and activities.
A small play area in an unfinished basement with toys available for use. 2 car garage with tandem available for use.
This home includes WiFi, washer/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen of equipment and basic cooking ingredients, a two car attached garage with additional tandem and additional outdoor spots.
**Please note this is a home that is regularly lived in and has personal belongings in it. While guests are more than welcome to play with all the toys and enjoy the home as their own, we do ask you to respect personal belongings such as clothing.
