Summary: Visiting family in area. Pros: clean kitchen, clean bathrooms, clean bed linen, mattresses pretty comfortable, decently stocked kitchen, plenty of televisions, sunroom nice, circular driveway was convenient . Cons: strong, stale odor of cigarettes. Several odor absorbing jars placed around the house, but odor was still very unpleasant, decor was lacking, towels were mismatched and worn, no bath soap provided although it was listed as being provided, poor lighting, over 8 inches of snow fell and no help or tools were given with snow removal.

Summary: This place was nice and cozy my Uncle checked all of the rooms and noticed all windows were unlocked so that was concerning especially if it was all ladies staying their and the security on the door wasn’t the greatest! Other than that neighborhood seemed nice area and we enjoyed our trip! Their was no instructions on what to do upon leaving so I had to message the host day before leaving which took along time to answer we was in our car ready to leave the next day then I get a message of what we needed to do! So we had to go back in and take care of things! Kind of not organized!

Summary: Overall our experience was really great and we will be back! I only had a few complaints and the biggest one was having to go buy pillows because the ones at the property were completely flat. I also did not know if there was any check out instructions and when I asked no one responded. That's OK but I wanted to let them know in the double bed room there was a bunch of trash behind end table, and the kitchen sink was touchy and we had to shut it off just right or it would leak everywhere, and raccoons kept getting into the garbage area leaving trash. We cleaned up some of it for you. We loved the family friendly neighborhood and how close it was to everything. We definitely will book this property again when we come through. Thank you!

Summary: We needed a place to host our family in the eclipse totality zone. Luckily, we had a clear view of the partial and full eclipse from the front yard. We were happy to have enough bedrooms and comfortable beds. The living room seats were comfortable. Having working laundry facilities was useful. Most importantly, I have dietary restrictions so having a working, well equipped kitchen was very appreciated. The neighborhood was very quiet and pleasant for walks. The house is close to major roads, but far enough away to not hear traffic noise. The owner was very responsive to our questions and concerns and accommodated our special requests for a fair fee.

Summary: It’s very hard to find places that allow dogs , my family is very thankful this listing did , with small children & pets the large fenced in yard was a must. However small issues were apparent one being the missing section of fence from one yard to the other , we have small dogs and just uses the recycling bin to block it , the gates to yard weren’t the best but we made it work . Ample room for the entire family , in and out doors . the master bedroom is a really nice space clean update but the toilet rocked when in use , it appears to be a remodel in the works was our overall feel . We purchased a few extra light bulbs as most were dim or missing no biggie No house is ever home we understand that.Feeling comfortable and safe space for the kids to run n play was our goal , this property provided that . Kitchen, utensils, paper towels, soap, laundry room, ample, ample storage and closet space blankets heat all were provided and worked fine there is no toaster but a toaster oven . I have to mention there is a glass table top in the living room. If you have small children, we hid it in the laundry room for the duration and then replaced it afterwards. I say it’s a work in progress an will continue to get better. Having family , grandchildren living far away & able to get together closer to them was excellent. Location and neighborhood very clean close to all stores and restaurants also a bonus. Will try and rent again when needed , my family does recommend this place . 🐶

Summary: Bare minimum available. Thought we would be able to cook and not have to eat out all 5 days. Kitchen was was not equipped to allow us to do that. Only the living room tv worked. Either no plug in available or just would not turn on. First time ever using Vrbo. Will definitely go about our search differently.
