Positive: The morning breakfast were sufficient. I loved being outside by the pool. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. I stayed for six days so I hung my do not disturb sign out the whole time I was there. Three bath towels was more than enough for six days. And it’s a really nice safe location.
Negative: I think it’s a little bit pricey. In my room, there was duct tape around the carpet where it hit the kitchen area because it had failed and there was other areas of frilled Carpet. Again not the end of the world.

Positive: Very nice property. It’s definitely one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at. Seems like an old assisted living center with very nice rooms. Well kept and clean. Excellent staff who were very friendly.
Negative: The shower could have been cleaned just a little better. A few stray hairs but nothing to actually complain about. Location to Cleveland is a bit far but that was known when booking.
Summary: Excellent hotel, very clean and kept up. Wonderful staff!

Positive: There is Headlands Beach State Park with a nice beach area which is 8-minute drive by car.
Negative: Our room was full of dog fur from previous tenants. Cleaning should have been done much more thoroughly. Breakfast was mediocre by EU standards. Room is very small and crowded. It's almost impossible to find a place where a 5 years old child would not see the TV (to not be distracted from breakfast). Location is mediocre - there's almost nothing useful accessible by foot except for cinema. Must have a car to get anywhere from this hotel. Kitchen tends to be filled in with smoke very fast if you try to use frying pan for anything.
