Summary: Things needed for a higher rating.Closet hangers. There are zero hangers.Meat thermometer for bbq.More towels and wash rags. Only had 2 wash rags for a week stay. Bathrooms need towel racks and hangers. The host was easy to contact as we needed a butcher knife. There were only 4 cheap steak k ifes. They delivered a butcher knife to us the next day. A dishwasher would be helpful.

Summary: This house was such a pleasant surprise. First time guests, the house was very well maintained, plenty of parking, and the owners really did an exceptional job with the decor, especially the game room! Owner was also great to work with and very responsive!

Summary: Everything that we expected about the property from the reviews was accurate. It was homely and the children enjoyed the game room very much! It’s close to the San Juan river and the fly fishing there was a great experience! There is an outside fire ring with much wood stacked by it but we didn’t utilize it because we were so busy enjoying other features of the area. There is so much to do in the area!The only downside that we experienced was that a new HVAC was just installed and it gave us problems for one night that we didn’t have heat. But the technicians were on site promptly and remedied the situation. This is the only reason why we gave it a 4 star rating.The experience we had was tremendously great in the area! We’ll be going back again!

Summary: This was a great spot to stay for a fishing trip on the San Juan. They had everything we needed for relaxing after a long day of wading and we will be back.
