Summary: Had an amazing time just relaxing and reminiscing with family and enjoying the great outdoors. This home is beautiful and well appointed. The water access just off the porch was perfect and provide all the peace and rest your looking for.

Summary: My family and I have stayed at this property multiple times due to its size and proximity to the river and lake. The home is spacious and very comfortable. The owner is amazing and provides everything you need to make your stay as convenient as possible. If you enjoy a clean home along with easy access to some great fishing opportunities this is the pace you want to stay!

Summary: The house is old and needs some renovation but when inside we were amazed at the quality of the furniture. The cleanliness of especially the kitchen was very disappointing. The inside of the kitchen cupboards were filthy as well as the oven but the owner, after requesting it, send a cleaner crew to clean. They did clean the oven and some of the bottom cupboards but not a single top cupboard. The outside furniture was full of cob webs especially underneath and we have to clean it ourselves. The house is located right on the river bank thus a perfect location.

Summary: Plenty of space for family or friends. Enough bathrooms and kitchen functioned well. Good location if you are fishing on the San Juan or going up to the lake. Only negative would be the spotty internet and wifi access but we were there to be outdoors so not a huge inconvenience.
