Summary: It was good overall. The yard had some hazards for dogs or kids. Goats thorns, fence issues, old car stuff like that, but nothing outrageous. The property is nice. The host cares and supplies are ample. Location is great. I enjoyed and would recommend. The stove/ oven is new so ignore older reviews that mention issues.

Summary: Very disappointed in this property, could not open windows. Air not working, lots of clutter. Property needs major maintenance. Overall poor place to have stayed

Summary: This was perfect for us as we fished the San Juan for 4 days. If you want your rich uncle's fancy immaculate property, this ain't it. But if you want your cool uncle's place where you can kick your feet up and feel comfortable, this is it. I would 100% stay here again and am looking forward to it. Check in/out was completely painless and host was great to text with. Price was great. Kitchen was great. Lots of little things were great.
