Summary: Very well presented Villa, excellent location to all attractions. Has all amenities you need, it's like a home away from home. Cord "Owner" was fantastic, very helpful and knowledge, kept in touch with me prior to arriving and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend. We will defiantly be booking the villa again for our next trip to Koh Samui.

Summary: Me and my family rent this house for 2 weeks and we love every minute of it. The house is little bit up in the hill so it is very quiet and wind from the sea is coming in and that was something we enjoy. Every room in the villa has a lot of space. Nice Interior and clean. Nice pool and out side sitting area. Cord is very helpful with information and can help you with trips if you would like that. Yes I can recommend this house.//Anette

Summary: The house is beautiful with great views of the ocean and the hills. There is a large private pool, ping pong table and a barbeque. We were picked up at the airport. The host, Cord was very helpful and told us of many great restaurants and places to go. Our grandkids were very happy about a Tesco near by where they could see movies and bowl. The bedrooms all had baths and the living room was comfy and had plenty of room for all of us. Everything was spotless. We will definitely return on our next vacation. We will recommend this place to all of our friends and family.

Summary: We loved our stay at this villa. We had a car waiting for us at the airport which took us right to the house. The house is spectacular and everything is spotless. The views are incredible. You can see the ocean and the hills. There is wi-fi, large bedrooms, all with bath, beautiful large living room, great kitchen and out doors there is a private pool with ocean view, ping pong table and barbeque. Cord was very helpful and told us about all the places to see and restaurants to go to. He took good care of us. Our children loved the Tesco nearby with movies and bowling alley. We will recommend this place to everyone and will come back again. It is a perfect place for a family vacation.

Summary: What an amazing holiday!!! The view of the ocean and the lush green mountains were amazing. The villa was just far enough from the crowds but still close enough to not feel too far away from the beach and attractions. The mini-bus driver met us at the airport and drove us to the villa with the air-conditioner on high to keep us nice and cool on our first day in the humidity. We saw several nice restaurants on the way to the villa that we were able to easily get to later on our own. The villa itself was enormous. Four giant bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioner and flat screen TV. The villa has a huge living room with seating for at least 20 people and a giant TV with surround sound. They even had a computer for us to use with high speed internet. Everything was just as it should be. A modern kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, not that we did much cooking with all of the great restaurants to choose from. My favorite part was watching the sunrises from the lounge chairs around the pool. We felt very safe and the security guard at the gate gave us a wave and a huge smile every time we came and went. We even found time to have a few intense ping pong matches in the evenings. My wife loved the fact that they had a small book library for her to browse. My wife keeps asking when we can come back and stay here again as soon as possible...

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Samui Sunrise Villa - a gorgeous villa with excellent security... wonderful to feel so safe in such a beautifully open spacious villa and grounds. Excellent location for our activities, very centrally located. Awakening to morning sunrise over the sea and coconut covered mountains was unforgettable. Such clean air and only the bird songs to hear yet 5 min by car (or walking 10 min) took us to main road and another 5 min to miles of white sandy Chaweng beach. We spent much of our time at the villa- as it had everything we needed and was relaxing. Beautifully furnished, high quality beds, furniture and appliances - truly luxurious and liked living room 'wrap around' sofa and artwork throughout. The spacious deck was great 'hang-out' place and good size private pool with great views. Fun fixing meals in your great kitchen and good gathering spot - with dining inside or out. Location gave us lots of choices of where to eat. Liked having separate guest room wing. Thanks, we'll be back!
