4 Bedroom House in Lake Magdalene, Tampa

This home is located 5 miles from Busch Gardens HOWL-O-SCREAM 2023 and University of South Florida USF. Also it is 1.9 miles from I-275 that leads to downtown Tampa, Orlando or to Clearwater Beach.
Walking distance to pickleball court and playground for children.
Super large pool home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. An extra 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on site can also be added if you need more room.
On the main floor, you have 1 master bedroom with a King size bed and a door to the adjacent bathroom, the living room, the kitchen and laundry room. Upstairs you have 3 more bedrooms (2 with King beds and 1 with a Queen bed) and two full bathrooms.
TVs in the living room and in all 4 bedrooms with streaming apps and free Netflix.
The pool is Not heated however our Tampa climate during winter months is said to be mild.
NOTE:
1) An Addtl guest fee of $50/guest applies after 5 guests to cover the added utilities.
2) If you need more room, you can add an attached 1 bedroom apartment and have room for 3 more. The apartment is Not rented separately but it may be owner occupied when she is in town. It is upstairs and has its own separate driveway and entrance.

Summary: Very nice property with huge kitchen and perfect outdoor pool area. There was an issue with pools suction system that could hurt someone if not careful. Owners know now and were to get in touch with someone to fix. We did have a wasp nest in a room on the curtains, we removed the curtains and have let the owner know as well. Overall a very nice time and location. Thank you.

Summary: Great location for our trip - coming from different locations - it was very convenient- we could get everywhere we wanted quickly - and there are a lot of shops close by for anything you may want.

Summary: The space was perfect for us to share with the other soccer family on my son's team. We enjoyed each having our own room/space but appreciated having the living room and massive kitchen to spend together between games.
