A SEASIDE RETREAT TOO St. George Island Vacation Rental - Enjoy your morning coffee from the large furnished deck as the sun rises over the Gulf! Read a book or sunbathe on the beachfront sundeck or take time to wiggle your toes in the sand - the beach is just steps away. Prepare meals in the large, open kitchen with Pro-Series stainless appliances, granite counters and separate full sized refrigerator and freezer. This home is freshly painted inside and out with updated linens and mattresses throughout. You may also choose to cook in the outdoor area underneath the home. This oasis offers a stainless Pro-Series gas grill (Guest must provide own propane, there is an exchange on St. George Island).
Play a game of billiards or simply unwind and enjoy the Gulf breeze in this beautiful outdoor area. After dinner, watch the dolphins swim in the Gulf as the sun sets while relaxing on the covered deck. At the end of the evening, retire to the living room or bedrooms, three of which are beachfront! Settle in for the night and enjoy your favorite movie on any one of the large flat panel HDTVs or watch movies on the DVD players.
At "A SEASIDE RETREAT TOO" each room is beautifully decorated and waiting for your arrival! Three king bedrooms are beachfront with access to the covered decks. The 2nd floor master suite has a large bath and skylight plus a sit down makeup vanity. The master suite on the 3rd floor offers panoramic views from the private beachfront balcony. On the living room level there is also a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, perfect for all ages! An extra large steam washer and dryer, off of the kitchen, offers a personal touch for your home away from home.
*This home participates in the St. George Plantation amenities program, including two community pools, tennis and pickle-ball courts, the Plantation Clubhouse and fitness center. Please note: Golf Carts are not allowed with rentals in the Plantation.
*This property has exterior three exterior security cameras. One on each corner of the house looking toward the beach, and the third on the front of the house pointed toward the driveway.

Summary: The house is quite comfortable, and the plantation neighborhood is perfect for bikes and walk our dog. House is right on the beach, the pool is better than most for the area, and we look forward to coming back someday soon. Great house!

Summary: Beautiful, private location on St George's Island. Beach access and deck were second to none, and pool was lovely, too (albeit too hot for the middle of the day). Home was clean and appropriately appointed. The only complaints we had were minor--the WiFi was painfully slow, so work was difficult (but not impossible). And, although we didn't end up needing the space as originally planned, I would think that 11 people would be a more appropriate maximum number based on the layout. That being said, the home and beach provided a perfect landing spot for our family during a challenging time to travel.

Summary: This house was the best property our group has rented yet (we travel together every year). The views are unbeatable & the beachside pool perfect for all day, every day use. Only two small items would’ve made it better - a broom & a toaster (maybe they were there but we sure couldnt find them). Overall an outstanding home!
