While this was not our first choice the house had everything we needed and more. The screened and shaded deck is a plus. Kitchen well stocked however skillets could use to be updated. Plenty of room with an extra large laundry room and bonus fridge on the second floor. I suggest the owners had some room darkening curtains in the master on the top floor. It was hard to sleep with the full moon and early sunrise. Beds were comfortable. Could use the bathrooms to be updated. They were small for size the giant bedrooms.

Some items needs to be addressed.the door from the 3rd floor bedroom to the deck could not be opened. We complained twice to Suncoast but was never fixed.The dresser in the 2nd floor master has not been usable for the last two years. We have always found the property clean. The location is great.

The house had a great setup with the master bedroom and bath on the upper floor, and the rest of the rooms on the 2nd floor. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The walkway out to the beach was very manageable with only 8 steps down to the sand. Loved this house and definitely will come back!

It has all that a family needs for a visit. The location is excellent being right on the beach. It needs a touch up and (paint etc) but overall we had an excellent visit.

Would like to see some updates in the house, furniture especially. In the main bathroom on the 3rd floor, mirror lights would be great for make-up application.
