Positive: Location- 20 minutes to everywhere we needed to be . Laundry machines were a big plus. 4 good size bedrooms with closets. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc.

Negative: Some upgrades and small repairs are needed . Living area a bit small. A mop and cleaning products were needed for snow and mud.

Summary: We would stay here again!

Positive: I liked the responsiveness when i called the phone number to get further information for the self check in and the assistance while i had a few issues in the apartment upon arrival. It was also a fair host since i got an immediate discount when we realized that the wifi was not working.

Negative: when we checked in we found a broken chair, a damaged coffee table, a wifi that was not working and not enough chairs to sit while it is for 6 people. The table in the living room is made for 4 people so a bit complicated. the maindoor is a glass door so people can see inside since there is no curtain to protect our intimacy

Positive: The apartment has been newly renovated, everything works perfectly. It was clean and comfortable. It should have been noted in the listing that it is a basement appartement, nevertheles it was in prestine conditions, dry and absolutely no smell or humidity.

Negative: The administrator didn't give us the door code to enter the property on time, despite having phoned her a day before. When arriving at the property we tried to phone her multiple times to get the code, she took a while to pick up the calls. Once inside there was no instructions to get the Wi-Fi, we had to call her again.
