Summary: This property was not outfitted to serve the number it states in ad. We had 5 adults, there were only 4 forks, 3 rocks glasses and 5 beer glasses. No wine glasses. Limited baking equipment but we made due. Grill outside had no grates, not functional. Bedding for one of the beds was missing. Owner warned us about stains on carpet but it was unsightly none the less. Owner did bring some glasses (odd ones that don't sit flat), plastic utensils, paper plates and a comforter. Overall definitely not worth the cost per night which was quite high.

Summary: Great location. Fenced in yard is excellent when traveling with pets. The kitchen was generously stocked and was charming. The one level design is great, as opposed to dealing with stairs. The carpets need some love and should be replaced.
