Summary: The house was exactly as pictured, with plenty of room for another family to have joined us. The water was hot, the heating and cooling systems came on in an instant, there were plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel provided the property as well as garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. The backyard was spacious. We used the fire pit and the jacuzzi. Both worked great. We enjoy the video games, pinball machine, and pool table very much. The host was VERY responsive to any communication from the group. Check in and out were easy and my security deposited was refunded earlier than expected! The house was remarkably clean and the beds were super comfy! There was even extra blankets and pillows in the closet. This house was in a quiet neighborhood close to all major attractions. We will definitely be back again!

Summary: This property worked great for our guys trip allowing us to get to downtown Denver, Red Rocks, and various hiking areas with relative ease. Plenty of room in the house for our group of six and we enjoyed downtime in the backyard as well as the basement theater room. Excellent communication from the property owner prior to check in and throughout the trip.

Summary: This house was in a nice neighborhood close to many restaurants, grocery stores and main highways. There were a ton of activities in the house including video games, old school arcade games, a hot tub and a movie theatre which the kids loved. There was a ton of room and bathrooms for our family of 11.

Summary: We were a group of three families and another couple who had just attended a wedding and wanted somewhere to be together for a few days afterwards. The property is surprising in a couple of ways - we hadn't focused on the 420 friendly aspect, but we put away the paraphernalia when we arrived so that didn't bother us. Amazingly, from the outside the house looks tiny - but three of the bedrooms and the games room are in the basement and the entertainment area in the back is very private and nice. The place is clean and the beds were VERY comfortable.
