Positive: It was quiet, in a good part of town. The stay was fully stocked from all toiletries to kitchen supplies. Everything was up-to-date. It had everything from mouthwash to pain meds(which we needed for hiking all day) Kitchen was one of the best Ive stayed with. New appliances, stocked snacks for a quick bite and good quality stuff.
Negative: The walk way to the property was abit narrow and slippery when wet. It was kinda tricky to get the wheeled luggage through. That was about the only thing I found “negative” about the stay, but for how great the property was…..I wouldn’t worry about it.
Summary: Quiet, fully furnished and great location.

Positive: Location is great for us to do what we need to do in Arvada. Rooms were cool and clean during our stay.
Negative: The basement air was stuffy and smelled a bit, we needed to turn the bathroom vent fan on when we get back to the room.

Negative: Just know that it is a lower unit but this really didn't both us.
