Summary: Awesome property. Host was great and accomedating. He even put out pool toys knowing we had kids coming and cleaned the pool. Great at communication. A great place to stay. We look forward to coming back. House is clean and put together.

Summary: The host could not have been friendlier and easier with which to deal. The house was accurately described with plenty of place for the adults and the teens to enjoy our time together. We were in town for an AAU tournament and the house was ideal.

Summary: Area was convenient to Dutch Wonderland, outlets and Restaurants. Pool was cloudy but owner had the water tested and it was fine. Was in the pool for hours and enjoyed it.

Summary: Our basketball team stayed here for 2 nights, the host was very easy to deal with and checked in to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be back

Summary: The location of the home was perfect for our group, but house has some cosmetic work that needs to be done. Vent covers missing in 1 room, master bed not put together well (felt like it was about to fall apart), window in master would not close all the way, lots of dirt and dead bugs all around the house, and many dishes were still dirty in the cabinets.

Summary: The house is very nice plenty of room. We didn’t have hot water or heat. The host did reply very quickly to my messages but unfortunately the gas company couldn’t be there till Monday to fix the problem. The host came out personally and apologized to us, which was a nice gesture.

Summary: We have stayed at this property twice now. 2/2023 and 2/2024. Both times w/ teen/preteens w/ three families. The property is very spacious, many sleeping options and opportunity for privacy. The property is very centrally located to the entire area with easy on off highway access. Walmart is seconds down the road as well as many other shopping, grocery and eateries. Check in and out process is very simple. Host is relatively quick with responses. Our first visit had a major water issue that he fixed quickly with a repair person. This visit there was nothing seriously wrong but were unaware of one thing that might have changed the visit had we not had one man with us. We were a group of 3 moms, 3 girls 12/13 at this time and one dad. Upon arrival we discovered that the property had slightly changed from the first visit last Feb. this house is a split level modernized property. At 6ish pm we arrived in the dark and noticed a light on & person staying in the basement that originally was part of the house we had rented last time. The other renter and our party had no encounters to make it anything to think of however we were unaware and it was slightly uncomfortable at first. Had my friends husband not been with us I’m not sure we would have stayed with three moms and three girls in a space that is one house and joining locked/blocked door. There is a separate entrance on opposite side of our main entrance. Shared backyard/driveway. The host apologized and life went on. TY.
